As an Account Manager, you're the bridge between our team and theirs. You help agencies see where AI fits into their workflows, design how they adopt it, and measure what it delivers. You move fast without creating friction.

The role

You understand how agencies work. You get why they're nervous about adding tools, and you can show them adoption doesn't have to hurt. You map their workflows, guide implementation, and track outcomes. You're their advocate internally and our team's advocate to them.

You own the relationship from kickoff through scale. Short contract engagements, multiple clients. Direct work with agency leadership and operations teams. See real adoption happen.

What you'll do

    Run discovery calls

    Understand their current workflow. Where are they using AI today? What problems do they want to solve? What are they afraid of losing?

    Map workflows and design adoption

    Show how Chat fits into their daily work. Design how Agents can automate their multi-step tasks. Plan Integrations that keep them in their existing tools.

    Guide implementation

    Get them onboarded. Help them configure their knowledge base, set up their first agents, create custom dashboards. Move them from understanding to doing.

    Set up measurement and governance

    Define what success looks like. Establish policies that make them comfortable. Create dashboards that show ROI and adoption metrics.

    Enable their team

    Run training sessions. Document their playbooks. Create internal resources so they can onboard new team members without waiting for you.

What we're looking for

Discovery & Listening

  • ->Skilled at running discovery calls that surface real constraints and opportunities
  • ->Can listen for what's unsaid and dig into the actual workflows, not just stated requirements
  • ->Comfortable asking clarifying questions and pushing back when something doesn't make sense

Technical Fluency

  • ->Don't need to code, but understand APIs, databases, system design, and deployment
  • ->Can translate between agency language and engineering language
  • ->Can design multi-step workflows and understand integration constraints

Agency or Operations Experience

  • ->Worked at an agency, consulting firm, or operational role managing client relationships
  • ->Understand the pressures: delivery deadlines, margin constraints, client expectations
  • ->Can map workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design for real constraints

Implementation & Execution

  • ->Done implementation work or project management; comfortable with checklists and tracking
  • ->Can move implementation forward without getting stuck on perfection
  • ->Good at documentation, training, and handing off ownership to the client team

Relationship & Communication

  • ->Can build trust quickly with agency leadership and operations teams
  • ->Comfortable making hard recommendations that might slow short-term delivery for long-term value
  • ->Great at async communication and managing time zones and schedules

Nice-to-Have

  • +Experience with AI tools, agent workflows, or LLM integrations
  • +Worked as a Solutions Engineer or Customer Success Manager at a SaaS company
  • +Experience with CRM, project management tools, or client communication platforms
