Early Access FAQs
What does early access cover?
Early access includes free full platform access for 30 days with unlimited users, 3 knowledge bases, 5 workflows, onboarding, and technical support. Usage costs, including API calls, are billed directly to your agency through your own developer accounts.
How long does it take to get started?
From request to early access live is typically 1-2 days. We need a little time for onboarding, setup, and configuration.
Can we adjust the early access scope?
Yes. If you need more than 3 knowledge bases or 5 workflows, we'll discuss options before early access begins.
Can we keep our ChatGPT and Claude accounts?
Yes. Early access is separate from your existing tools, so there is no need to cancel anything yet. If you continue with a paid Agency Intelligence account, you should cancel individual AI subscriptions that are no longer needed.
What happens at the end of the 30 days?
At the end of early access, we'll review usage, feedback, value, and fit. If you continue with a paid account, you keep using the platform with no additional setup, migration, or changes.
Is our data secure?
Yes. Your agency data, client documents, chat activity, and workflow outputs are stored in your own private cloud environment with secure knowledge bases, encryption, and access controls. Your data is never used to train public AI models.
