What does per user include?
Each paid user gets access to the ai/Chat workspace, approved AI models, agency and client knowledge, workflows, prompts, file analysis, image generation, ai/Dashboard with visibility, support, and training. AI model usage is billed separately.
What counts as usage?
Usage is the AI consumption behind each request. That can include chat messages, model calls, file analysis, knowledge-base retrieval, image generation, and workflow runs. Light users cost less, while heavier usage scales based on model activity.
Do we need separate AI model subscriptions?
No. Your team does not need separate consumer subscriptions for ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Agency Intelligence gives your team access through one managed workspace, with usage visibility across users, models, and workflows.
What happens during the 30-day trial?
We configure your trial environment, set up users, prepare your knowledge bases, add the agreed workflows, and train your team. The trial gives you 30 days to test the platform in real agency work before deciding on a paid plan.
Is onboarding included?
Yes. Onboarding is included. We help with setup, user access, knowledge-base structure, workflow configuration, team training, and initial support so your team can start using the platform correctly.
Can we upload client documents and internal SOPs?
Yes. You can upload internal agency documents, client documents, SOPs, briefs, brand guides, reports, and other approved knowledge. Agency and client knowledge can be separated so the right users see the right context.
Can we control who sees what?
