Founding Product Engineer, AI
Product engineering role across Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, AI workflows, and user-facing applications
About Agency Intelligence
We're built by agency founders who understand the chaos. Teams adopt AI piecemeal, with different tools, different prompts, and little visibility into usage, cost, or ROI.
Our platform is three parts: ai/OS manages routing, access, governance, and cost controls. ai/Tools is where work happens across chat, agents, apps, and integrations. ai/Dashboard shows usage, cost, and ROI.
We're building products agencies use in real workflows, not generic AI demos. As a Founding Product Engineer, AI, you'll help shape how those products are built, shipped, and improved.
The role
You'll own user-facing product development across chat, apps, workflows, dashboards, and integrations. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who moves fast, thinks clearly, and turns product direction into working software.
You should be strong across frontend and product-oriented backend development. You should care about usability, speed, quality, and shipping. You should already use AI tools as part of how you build.
This is an early engineering role with direct ownership and close partnership with the Head of Engineering.
What you'll do
- 1
Build user-facing AI products
Ship features across ai/Chat, apps, workflows, and dashboard experiences.
- 2
Own features end to end
Go from product direction to production-ready implementation across frontend and application backend.
- 3
Improve chat and workflow UX
Build streaming interfaces, context handling, history, prompt experiences, and workflow flows that feel fast and reliable.
- 4
Build integrations and product logic
Connect product surfaces to APIs, AI systems, and internal application logic.
- 5
Help define the product engineering bar
Shape quality, speed, and product engineering standards as an early member of the team.
